Grey ware bottle; grey, slightly sandy fabric; wheel thrown; globular body with narrow neck & mouth with flared thick rim; a section of the lower body has broken away; it is marked as having been found in the Lower Halstow Marshes and given by Mr M J A Hodges, but there is no date & it does not appear in any other museum documentation.
