Watercolour painting of Prospect Cottage, formerly located in Watts Avenue; the building was later demolished & replaced by the Fontenay Nursing Home (previously the residence of Dr Dartnell); this watercolour is by Canon S W Wheatley who copied it in 1918 from an oil painting by Mr Haymen of Rochester; mounted on card & unframed.
