Pamphlet advertising a reading by the Rev J M Bellew at the Lecture Hall, Chatham; reading to take place on Monday 12th March (year not given but could be 1866); creased and slightly grubby; John Chippendale Montesquieu Bellew [formerly Higgin] (1823–1874) was a popular preacher and public reader, and his readings were said to equal those of Fanny Kemble and Charles Dickens.
