Jigsaw; entitled 'CHRONOLOGICAL TABLES of ENGLISH HISTORY for the Instruction of YOUTH'; dates to 1788; hand-coloured printed paper mounted on thin wood; two edge pieces are later replacements; covers English monarchs from King William I to King George II; each monarch has their own piece, with dates of birth, reigh & death, together with other information under the titles 'Remarkable Events' and 'Eminent Persons'; also the lid from the original box with a printed list of the monarchs.
