Cavalryman's bridle gauntlet, used to protect bridle-holding left arm & hand; plate armour over forearm, segmented armour over hand & fingers; mounted on thick leather gauntlet; fine chains sewn into leather glove to facilitate grip. Leather in fairly poor condition.
