Chippendale style mahogany chair with arm rests; carved splats are decorated with 2 flowers; top rail has flower & leaf decoration; carved cabriole legs, 2 ball & claw feet, 2 plain; modern maroon plastic? upholstery; some wear and old woodworm damage; one of a set of 10. Chosen for display in the museum from Acorn House, Rochester (where this image shows them), on the death of Mr E H Elliot in April, 1935. For image see A3513/9.
