Print of Rochester castle and bridge from the Strood shore near the tide mill (probably built in the 16th century, demolished 1858; in the 18th century it was owned by the Hulkes family, one of whom drowned in the pond; in the early 19th century it was sold to Mr Horsnaill who fitted a steam engine to augment the power); various vessels on the river; uncut proof print.
