Description
Coloured print of a passenger-carrying Royal Mail road coach entitled 'THE ROADSTERS'; shows a coach run by Chaplin, Horne, Nelson & Sherman; whimsical text beneath about the various qualities of the horses which could be a parody on political figures of the time. Very yellowed & battered, backed with textile & stretched on to a frame; some tears & old repairs.
