Description
Large engraved print of a page from 'Rapin's History of England' published by J & J Cundee in circa 1813-1817; shows Edward the Black Prince (son of King Edward III), in armour, crown hovering overhead. Some foxing & light soiling. This book was originally published by Paul de Rapin in 1724, later translated by Rev Nicolas Tindall, and later updated & re-published. This is from the early 19th century J & J Cundee edition.
