Large engraved print of a page from 'Rapin's History of England' published by John Cundee in circa 1813-1817; shows the surrender of the Spanish admiral to Nelson at the battle of Cape St Vincent in 1797. Some foxing & light soiling. This book was originally published by Paul de Rapin in 1724, later translated by Rev Nicolas Tindall, and later updated & re-published. This is from the early 19th century J & J Cundee edition.
