Ceramic flagon; pinkish fabric; traces of patterning on body - rather stained; bulbous body set on a pedestal ring; 2 vertical handles rise from shoulder either side to neck; bands of incised decorative lines. Part of a small group of ceramics recovered from the Burnwick Salts area; probably of non-local manufacture (Mediterranean?), and of uncertain date.
