Description
Ephemera; photograph of Charles Dickens; sepia portrait print, on card; picture taken in c.1858, taken by Watkins; shows Dickens seated, tartan waistcoat smiling slightly; published c.1887-97. Acquired and displayed at the museum in the early 20th century. Fradelle & Young were active at 246 Regent Street between 1887-1897. Image has small scuffs & marks, residual glue around edge from old mount. Same sitting as A7231.
